You will not be charged for this on your invoice if we have not gotten to removing it from your invoice, please message us and we will remove it. if you have any questions on items, click the ask a question item and it will email us and we will get back to you as quickly as possible. If it is done within the final minutes of the auction, your questions will not be answered in time.

Property Address will be sent at the conclusion of the auction.

If you have a large invoice please give us two hours notice to allow enough time for your lots to be pulled.

If you cannot make pickup please message with your username and the name of the representative who will be retrieving your lots for you. 

If you do not pay for and retrieve your lots you will no longer be able to participate on our platform.
