Description:

This auction lot includes a variety of vintage collector's items featuring a black and white globe, framed Paris artwork, National Geographic Magazines (including issues from December 1943 and November 1985), a vintage knife with sheath, decorative bird statues, assorted stones, candles, and various small decorative pieces. See pictures for more details.

The client behind these auction lots was the Director of Univac/Sperry/Unisys Corporation business at Epcot and Disney.
 There are Disney pictures that were in the Sperry Univac offices in Epcot at their office in what was Communicore East building (next to Spaceship Earth) since the beginning. 


Some of the items are from The “Backstage Magic” attraction which was a show in Epcot communicore east from approx 1984 to 1994, and was a slight rehab to the original attraction called “Astuter Computer Review” (1982-1984) it was sponsored by the company Univac , the same company had name changed to Sperry and then finally to Unisys. In the show Guests could see and learn about the computers running all of the Walt Disney World resort and attractions….  The purple computer talking robot called smart one was the mascot welcoming guests waiting to get into the show and was a talking robot.
